New Building Costs

We have received a large amount of funding from North Somerset Council, as well as Grants from All Lottery, Bristol
International Airport, Lloyds TSB and a number of other charitable foundations, donations from local businesses and our
own fundraising. We are very close to raising the total funds we need, but the shortfall we currently have is enough to stop the entire project.

Breakdown of projected costs:

• Architect, survey, planning and other associated costs - £3,000
• Groundworks, removal and relocation of building -
  £47,000
• Alterations and refurbishment of building - £31,000
